Pumpkin Spice Woopies

The Best Decision I’ve Made in Awhile…was making these Pumpkin Spice Woopies. They are so perfect… The cookies are good by themselves but don’t skip out on making the filling (I almost did!) – the marshmallow/cream cheese combo is unbelievably delicious. They will also fill your kitchen with that yummy pumpkin spice aroma! The filling is also good on top of these Pumpkin Bars.

Now go pumpkin-yourself out!

I LOVE these tomatoes. They are fire roasted and have so much more flavor than regular old diced tomatoes. I add them to all my dishes that call for diced, crushed, or whole tomatoes.
This lovely blue cast iron pot combines cuteness with utility. I got it for my wedding and its my favorite! I feel like everything I make in it always tastes better for some reason. It can be used on the stove or go in the oven and is definitely my go to pot for most things.
